E-mail Support Purpose

The e-mail support aims at giving further details, complementary information, instructions and fixing problems related to use of Luciol products and  their documentations.

You should not use this support if you have not registered a Luciol product i.e. you are not a Luciol Customer, instead you should rather prefer the Luciol Forum.

Should you wish to compliment or complain about our Support Team, escalate to Management.

How to E-mail Support ?


Prior using e-mail support, either you should register  your product or you should have been sent by our Sales Team a specific address to e-mail at.

There are some specific addresses for Customers who have subscribed Advanced or Premium Support. Contact our if you have lost your details.

Who's Behind E-mail Support ?

The e-mail support is operated by our Application & Support Team.

The main objective of this team is to provide product knowledge and expertise for application support to our Customers. For this purpose, they have platforms to test our Luciol integrated with your equipment or equivalent devices.

The Application & Support team members have also an on-site experience.

When specialised or in-depth product knowledge is required, the team will contact our R&D Team and ask them to participate.

However, keep in mind they are not 100% dedicated to one Customer, except otherwise contractually agreed.
