services we can provide:

E-mail support
is available in Arabic, Deutsch, English, French and Spanish. We do our
best effort to reply in less than 24 hours. This support is product
orientated, Luciol Forum is more
Application orientated. Please, check the F.A.Q.
pages prior contacting our support. This support is performed by our
Application & Support Team.
Advanced
support is for Customers aiming at developping applications with
Luciol or for who we have developed applications. They do require a
prompt return and usually we ask them to install a a replication of
their test platform with some of their equipment in our offices. This
support is performed in English & French by our Application &
Support Team.
Premium
support is for Customers integrating Luciol HW & SW elements in
their product range. They have access to our HW & SW design and
manufacturing files. This support is performed in French & English
by one of our R&D team member.

Keep in mind you can develop no application for Luciol without a
development license and interface.
